Charlie is a councillor at Oxfordshire County Council and Deputy Leader of the Oxfordshire Labour & Cooperative political group. The area he represents, Cowley Division, is home to the first three LTNs in Oxford. One of his main focuses in the council is helping the council meet its targets on car trip reduction and modal shift, applying his experience as a former researcher at LSE Cities and from his masters degrees in Behavioural Science (LSE) and Public Policy (Oxford).
