Andy is part of an exciting and dynamic team working on the development and delivery of the Birmingham Transport Plan. With 25 years’ experience in the industry, he is providing expertise on network management, transport data and monitoring towards the project, which has a target of reducing traffic in the city to meet Birmingham City Council’s aim of achieving net zero by 2030.
